Class 2 and 3 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Auckland Palace, filled with hands-on learning and discovery. In the chapel, they explored and handled objects linked to Easter, while in the museum they became “Christianity Detectives,” searching for clues about the faith in historical artefacts.
In the afternoon, the children sketched and labelled plants in the gardens using scientific vocabulary, before planting their own sunflower seeds to take home. A fantastic day was had by all!
