KS1 Visit to Beamish Museum

The children in KS1 enjoyed a trip to Beamish. They were put to work doing household chores, ironing, washing and cleaning. They looked at lots of different types of transport. Some children were brave enough to go down the pit. We even managed to squeeze in a visit to the old fashioned sweet shop before we came home too.
